The first range to be created, it embodies the DNA of our expertise in bringing out the essence and depth of each grape variety in a modern, refined interpretation. It reflects our meticulous craftsmanship, where every detail is carefully considered to create a timeless and harmonious drinking experience.
Terroir
On the stony eastern Languedoc soil, our Syrah thrives wonderfully on its original terroir.
Winemaking
The vinification is traditional with a two-week maceration. Extraction is performed gently throughout the fermentation process at below 28°C, giving this wine its typical suppleness and varietal aromas.
