‘We knew that one day the Castan name would be reunited with the Land. We promised it to ourselves and now we have achieved it.’
Today, the Castan family live in Château Saint-Jean d’Aumières
in the Terrasses-du-Larzac region, and spend their holidays in Château Saint-Louis la Perdrix in Costières de Nîmes.
With their vineyards, they have succeeded in reviving a family winemaking tradition and putting the Castan name back at the very heart of winemaking.
