‘There are so many high-quality terroirs in the South of France. Our aim is to capture these terroirs and take them to the four corners of the earth.”
They are constantly on the move, seeking out new terroirs and sharing their own traditions with others.
Emilie and Vianney have met many interesting people from all over the world. They have been greatly inspired by these meetings and yet “no matter what new country we’re travelling to, we’re always happy to return home. This is where our roots are. We have chosen to bring our daughters up in the South of France.”
They love discovering new places but what they love most of all is their terroir.
Taking the culture of their own region and exporting it was therefore a challenge that was as exciting as it was obvious.
“Just think that right now, somewhere in the world, a Chinese family may be celebrating their daughter’s engagement with a bottle of Terrasses-du-Larzac, or an American couple may be opening up a bottle of Costières de Nîmes to enjoy with a good film. And we can say that everything we’ve done has been worth it.”
