Lovely light colour. Nose of violets, citrus and peach blossom. The aromatic power of the Syrah blends perfectly with the sweet fruity and floral notes of the Grenache, creating a subtle wine that will whisk you away to the South of France, whence this wine originated.

Terroir & Winemaking

The vineyard selected for this Syrah-Grenache rosé blend is located on a plain of Quaternary alluvial deposits with a good water reserve, with the clay-limestone soils of the Hérault valley. After pressing in an inert atmosphere, the fermentation of the must is carried out in a totally airtight environment and at a low temperature (16°C) to preserve the freshness and delicate aromas.
