The first range to be created, it embodies the DNA of our expertise in bringing out the essence and depth of each grape variety in a modern, refined interpretation. It reflects our meticulous craftsmanship, where every detail is carefully considered to create a timeless and harmonious drinking experience.
Terroir
The vineyard selected for this Syrah-Grenache rosé blend is located on a plain of Quaternary alluvial deposits with a good water reserve, with the clay-limestone soils of the Hérault valley.
Winemaking
After pressing in an inert atmosphere, the fermentation of the must is carried out in a totally airtight environment and at a low temperature (16°C) to preserve the freshness and delicate aromas.
