Description

Lovely bright light pink hue. The nose is subtle with aromas of red berries (strawberries and raspberries) combined with a light floral touch.

The wine is fresh on entry and then shows nice breadth on the palate. The red fruit expresses itself delicately and leads to a long and fresh and fruity finish.

Terroir & Winemaking

Clay-sand soils that give this wine finesse and volume. The vines are planted on the slopes overlooking the sea and lakes. This climate provides a humidity and freshness that are crucial for the crafting of fine, fresh rosés.

After a short maceration, direct pressing is conducted in an inert atmosphere. Fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16°C to preserve aromatic finesse.
