Terroir & Winemaking
Clay-sand soils that give this wine finesse and volume. The vines are planted on the slopes overlooking the sea and lakes. This climate provides a humidity and freshness that are crucial for the crafting of fine, fresh white wines. After an inert pressing, a cold fermentation is carried out to preserve all the aromatic finesse.
