Elégance Syrah
This wine displays a deep purple hue with intense purplish tints. The nose is a mix of red and black fruits with notes of liquorice and cinnamon.
The palate is supple and well-structured, revealing lovely coated tannins.

On the stony eastern Languedoc soil, our Syrah thrives wonderfully on its original terroir.
WINEMAKING
The vinification is traditional with a two-week maceration. Extraction is performed gently throughout the fermentation process at below 28°C, giving this wine its typical suppleness and varietal aromas.
