Elégance Grenache Syrah
Lovely light colour. Nose of violets, citrus and peach blossom. The aromatic power of the Syrah blends perfectly with the sweet fruity and floral notes of the Grenache, creating a subtle wine that will whisk you away to the South of France, whence this wine originated.
TERROIR
The vineyard selected for this Grenache-Syrah rosé blend is located on a plain of Quaternary alluvial deposits with
a good water reserve, with the clay-limestone soils of the Hérault valley.
WINEMAKING
After pressing in an inert atmosphere, the fermentation of the must is carried out in a totally airtight environment and at a low temperature (16°C) to preserve the freshness and delicate aromas.
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
Best savoured as an aperitif or paired with grilled fish and meat
