Terroir & Vinification method
The soils of this wine stems from are composed of clay and milestone.
A 12-hour cold maceration with the grape skin is performed in order to extract the “aromatic precursors”. Before sending the grapes in a pneumatic pressing machine, they are drained statically in order to select the different sorts of juice. Fermentation occurs at 15°C with specific yeasts. Fine sediments are reintroduced after the fermentation process so as to enhance the aroma.
70% White Grenache, 30% Vermentino
Light yellow-coloured with green reflections, this wine’s nose reveals floral scents, exotic fruits and citruses.
Fresh and voluptuous, this wine is highly seductive. This sensation on the palate is then taken over by blunt vividness, enhanced by some volume which balances the whole produce. The aromatic persistence offers citrus and box hints.
Service & Suggestions
It should be served between 10 and 12°C. Enjoy it to the full with grilled fish or seafood cooked in a sauce, seasonal salads, white flesh fruits or hard-paste cheese.
